ofworkmaybelocatedinthesupplier'sfactory,warehouse,portlocation,placewhereEmployeemayberequiredtomakelocaltravelsoccasionallyinordertoperformtheduties.4.RemunerationTheEmployee’ssalaryofanroutinequalitycontrol(includingPre-ShipmentInspectionandRandomSamplePickingand/orContainerLoadingSupervision)willbe1%ofthegoodsvaluewithnecessarycostoftraveling,thepaymentofotherservicesdependsonthework'sspecialty.ThepayforthereferredperiodwillbedepositedontheEmployee’sbankaccountwithin5workingdaysafterthereportofinspectionisdone.5.TerminationTerminati
ontermsforthebothpartieswillbeone(1)month’swrittennoticeorpaymentinlieuhereof.6.ConflictofInterestTheEmployeeshallnotengage,participateorbeinvolvedinanytradesofbusinesseswhichmaybeinconflictwiththeCompany’sinterests.TheEmployeeisnotallowedtodiscloseinformationwhichwillendangertheCompany’sbusinesstootherpartieswithoutconsentandpermissionfromauthorizedpersonneloftheCompany.TheEmployeewillalsoundertakeanobligationthatshouldtheEmployeeleavetheemployoftheCompany,theEmployeewillnot,withinaperiodofsix(6)mothsfromthedateoftheEmployee’sleaving,e
