What are they? Ask some students to report their opinion. Then ask:What activities do you like to do to help lower your stess? Ask the students to talk about it in groups and then ask some students to report their answers.</p><p>Step 4 Practice</p><p>1a, What activities do you like to do to help lower your stess? Order them [1-8] with 1 being the most favorite thing you do to lower stress. </p><p>1b, Tell your partner about your answers in 1a.</p><p>Step 5 Listening</p><p>1c, Say:As students,we have many problems,such as:We don’t get enough sleep. We don’t have enough free time. We have to compete with our classmates at school. So does Wei Ming. Please listen and check the problems Wei Ming talks about. Play the recording for the students

Who gives their opinions about the problem? Then ask some students to report their answers.</p><p>Now please read the article again carefully and try to answer the three questions in 2d.
